The first question you need to ask yourself, when trying to lose weight.

This was the question I asked myself, when i first considered losing weight. Why do I WANT TO lose weight? The answer is simple, for myself and my family. To be able to be there, when my son accomplishes his goals in life and not just being there, but more importantly being healthy at those moments and enjoy them with him and my wife. When you get started with the idea of losing weight your motivation has to be stronger than "i want to look pretty" or "i want to pickup girls" or anything as shallow as those I just mentioned, to keep you going. When we are born we are given the chance to be healthy, we just choose not to, until it's not an option anymore, for instance, when you are diagnosed with diabetes or high blood pressure, then it becomes a must and not a could, if you want to live longer that is. I chose to have a better quality of life, to be there for my wife and son, to be healthy for myself and the ones I love, so far i have lost 70 pounds an
